How does this event work?

Choose one of our set designed themes. You can explore those options on our themes page. After choosing a set theme, you have the option to choose additional add-ons to make your party even more spectacular. You can always choose more than one add-on option. During the booking you will be asked to pay a deposit of $250. Remaining balance will be due 7 days before the party. The day of your party we will come and set up and style your space for an unforgettable experience. We will return to collect and pack up everything, leaving you worry free of all the party set up stress.

What is included in each package?

-Twinkled Lights for each Tent
*standard package includes four tents. Additional tents, up to six total, are available for $75 each.

How much space do I need?

Each tent will take up roughly 3 feet wide by 8 feet long. Depending on the layout of your space and quantity of tents, we also suggest leaving space around the tents for easy access.

How much does each package cost?

Each package will vary in cost depending on the number of tents but the starting price is $395.

What payment is required?

Accepted Answer

At the time of booking, you will be required to pay a $250 deposit. The remaining balance will be due 7 days before your booked event. There will also be additional $75.00 REFUNDABLE damage fee. Being moms we are fully aware that accidents do happen. This damage fee will cover any possible damages to any of our items. If there are no damages then we will refund you the entire $75.00.

What days are available to book?

Our standard booking days are for Fridays and Saturdays. If you need a weekday, please request via out contact form.

Question 7

How long will it take to setup and cleanup?

Accepted Answer

Depending on additional add-ons chosen, we suggest planning on a 90 minute to two hour setup. 
Cleanup will typically be completed within an hour.

Can setup be done outside?

What is the cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. Cancellations made 7+ days before event are eligible for a one-time reschedule, subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 7 days before event are eligible for a one-time reschedule, subject to availability with a $100 reschedule fee.

Do you prohibit any items inside the tents?

We kindly ask you to not consume any food or drinks inside of the tents. Also, please do not have any scissors, slime, glitter, permanent markers, paint, nail polish or any other kind of things that may damage our items.

Will I need a power supply?

Accepted Answer

All items for the tent will be battery operated. Some of our Experiences do require access to a power outlet.

Question 12

Do you provide any pillows for sleeping?

We do not provide pillows for sleeping. We ask that each guest provides their own pillow for sleeping.

How is everything cleaned?

All of our sheets, blankets, pillow covers and tent covers are washed after each rental. All pillows and decorative items are disinfected and spot cleaned as needed.

What areas do you service?

Will provide service to Georgetown, Hutto, Taylor, Jarrell, Pflugerville, Round Rock at free of charge. If you are not in any of those areas, no problem! We would be happy to still serve you for a small travel fee.

What time is drop off and pick up?

During the booking process you will select an AM or PM preference for setup. We will do our best to accommodate specific times but it is based on the bookings calendar availability. 
Pickup is typically between 10am and 2pm.

Is a tip included or required?

Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated if you loved your experience.

Is delivery and setup included?

Yes, delivery is the day of your event and pickup is in the morning following your event.

Can tents be kept for more than one night?

Accepted Answer

If inventory is available, we do offer an additional night for a flat fee of $100. However, availability for this will not be determined until 7 days before your scheduled event.

How far in advance do I need to book my event?

Accepted Answer

We allow bookings up to three months in advance and no less than 14 days from selected date. If your event falls outside of this range, please contact us directly.
